Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family he left behind. Jack was a pleasant person to be around. I hoped and prayed this day would never happen. God Bless Jack!

I am sooooo very sorry for ur loss Aunt Cheryl!!!!!! Also, Haley, Whitney, Steff, and John! I remember when we were still little and we would all be hanging out playing around and Jack was still just a little guy! Just learning how to walk holding his dads fingers walking right in front of him! :) Please let me know if there is anything I can do!? Sending love y'all way from ur niece/cousin- Amy, and my babies Cameron and Milli! We love u guys!

I'm so sorry. What I do know....is Jack will always be in your heart...like Joe is always with us. Be kind to yourself and remember Jack loved you.-

Jack will always be remembered as a fun loving young man - his smile was infectious and could bring a smile to anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with you Cherly, Greg and family. May you find some comfort in knowing that Jack is with his best friend Cody and they are now players on God's football team in Heaven. He is at peace and his memory will live on in your hearts. May God provide comfort and guidance during this difficult time.
