Tom was a great neighbor. He always came out to check on our garden and we would leave tomatoes on his porch for him. He was the classic "talk over the fence" neighbor and always had good things to say about people. He always asked about our family and other neighbors. He told us about the original occupants of our house and it was nice to have some of his memories to link with stories of our home's past. We will all miss you very much Tom. Safe passage to you. Peace to your family and friends. Allison and Kevin Sorg and Family.

My cousin, Tommy, as I knew him, was a smiling, gentle, good-natured man. Every Christmas, we would receive a card from him, our name and address neatly printed, letter by letter. One Christmas long ago, I asked him why he never used handwriting, which, as everyone knows, is faster than printing. He challenged me to a contest in which each of us would copy a passage, he printing it and me writing in script. He won the contest. I remember he was drenched in sweat when he finished. My deepest condolences to Linda, Barb and Harold, my cousins. Stan Frank North Port, Florida
