MIDDLETON-James Allen "Jamie" VonBehren, age 56, of Middleton passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at his home from natural causes. He was born on November 8, 1959, in Reedsburg, Wisc., the son of Calvin VonBehren (deceased) and Shirley Schroeder. James enjoyed cooking, gardening and fishing. He was good with his hands. James leaves behinds his children, Vanessa, Kendra and Jarod; his mother, Shirley Schroeder; sisters, Debbie (Myron), Dana Adler (Ken), Dawn Albrecht (Virgil); brothers, Kevin (Marlene) Curtis, and Jon (Kristi) Cary; several nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Calvin VonBehren; grandparents, Ed and Leona VonBehren and Jesse and Theresa Leatherberry. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL HOME, 7435 University Avenue, Middleton, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2016. Burial will be private. As time passes and we all grow apart due to daily lives I remember the Von Behrens as my second family we saw and hung out everyday together,It is almost like losing a brother and those are the times I remember most my heart goes out to the rest of the family I will see you soon
