Jayne Renee Pollock

MADISON-Jayne R. Pollock, age 55, passed away too young from cancer at St. Mary's Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, surrounded by her family. Jayne was born on Sept. 1, 1960, in Madison, the daughter of Rolland (Rollie) and Mary Judith (Judy) Pollock. She graduated from LaFollette High School in 1978. Jayne loved to cook and worked at various restaurants in Madison, including O'Malley's Jet Room. She was very artistic and created many beautiful pictures and pieces of jewelry. Jayne is survived by her parents; brother, John (Carmen) Pollock and their daughter, Jennifer; son, Matthew Perrin; grandson, Micah; 25 year partner, John Tomcany; and her two cats, Sassy and Billy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jayne was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Douglas and Mary Nelson. At her request no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the Dane County Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice. Jayne will be remembered by all who loved her and will be deeply missed.
