Madison-Cynthia L. Ford, age 52, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, peacefully at home. She was born on November 19, 1963, in Madison, daughter of Edward and Margaret (Hamilton) Ford. Cynthia is survived by her sister, Kathy (Steven Welling) O'Neill; brother, Daniel (Tricia) Ford; nieces and nephews, Jenifer (Jamie) Faust, Heather (Darrell) Miller, Emily Ford, Grayson Ford, Rebecca (Lex) Torres, and Jeff (Arielle Ridder) O'Niell; boyfriend, Daniel Callahan; grandnieces and grandnephews; and many other relatives. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents. A Graveside Service will be held at HIGHLAND MEMORY GARDENS CHAPEL, 3054 HWY BB, Cottage Grove, at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, with Father Michael Tess presiding. May Cindy rest in Peace. I feel blessed to have known her and honor her memory in community with all who were a part of her life thru the good times and the struggles, we formed deep and meaningful relationships together and Cindy brought us together in ways we may have never done so. My heart if fuller in many ways having known Cindy.
