We are so very sorry for your loss, and wish we were there to come to his services! Dan had such a vivacious, electric personality, he always brightened any room he entered. He would always call me "Terrible (or Terrific) Tara, and make me laugh. Warm eyes, warm heart, & full of laughter, we'll miss you, Dan!

Dear Liz and family,
I was sad to see Dan's obituary in the paper. I didn't know he was so sick. Dan was always a special guy.
He always had a smile on his face and was so enthusiastic about everything he was involved in. I met Dan as a freshman at Westfield High. He and I were in the same class. As juniors we were on the homecoming court together. When I started a warm water pool class at Prairie Athletic Club Dan was teaching a class as I walked in the pool area. He loudly announced to his class that the blond standing by the pool went to high school with him!!! I had the chance to see him regularly at the club and we had many good times talking about the "good old days". Dan will be missed by many people and I am so happy I had the chance to know him.

We are so sorry to learn of Dan's passing. Had many years of fun and hard work in the Jaycees/Jaycettes. Dan had the same passion as we did to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Scott just gained another friend in heaven! God bless and bring you peace and love. Roger and Judy Endl

Larry Severson I am sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I knew him from Westfield High as everybody else that was there at that time knew Dan Wiese !! He had a smile and a hello for all. We met again at Sunnyside near Stoughton several times as I worked there for 15 years. I was honored to be in the Military Honor Guard for him at the Westfield Cemetery and also to meet his two sons.
