I'm so happy to have met Willie, what an impressive woman and a wonderful life story. She shared memories of skiing , travel, and so much love for her family. May your many special memories of Willie including her amazing relationship with Norm help you at this difficult time. Willie's extraordinary life will be celebrated and she will be missed.

Ricky, Kim, Tracy and family, I am so sorry about the loss of your Mom, I'm glad I got to see her one last time when Ricky was home to visit. Losing parents is a very hard thing to go through-but be comforted in the fact that she is with your Dad. She lived a fantastic life and showed her girls how to live life with all the adventure in the world-you were lucky to have her.

Kim, Tracy, Ricky and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. She sure did have an adventure filled life. My first memory of her was making breakfast for us in the little camper that you stayed in before the cabin was complete. We always looked forward to the weekends when the Erway family arrived at the cabin. I have many fond memories of our times together and loved reading Willie's annual Christmas letter. You are all in my thoughts as you morn for your Mom. Kathy Reese

Dear Erway Family: We have owned a cabin on Petenwell for ten years, and we can see Norman and Wilma's place from our window. We were saddened to hear of his passing and now hers. We met him in his later years as we were cross-country skiing on the lake. He came down to talk to us and to tell us how much he enjoyed skiing. We would wave at them as we boated by in the summer. He said she was not in good health, but would she would still sit and watch the boaters in the summer. They so loved their place, he said. We are sorry for the loss of both of them. We are looking out onto the lake this morning. It is quiet this morning. It's also a little sadder today. Best regards. Lori and Steve Ploetz, Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin (our fulltime home)
