Charles Robert Olson

MIDDLETON-Charles R. "Chuck" Olson, age 67, of Middleton, passed away on Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at home. He was born on June 4, 1948, the son of Erwin and Evelyn (Fordham) Olson. He married Mary Breunig on April 4, 1970, at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Chuck graduated from Oregon High School in 1966. He worked for Madison Kipp Corp. for many years, retiring in 2010. Chuck was a huge Badgers and Packers fan. He most loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Chuck was always there for his family with encouragement and support. He was always so proud of his family. Chuck is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Jeffrey Olson and Jaime (Anthony) Klenke; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Alissyn, Joshua, Andrew and Jaelyn; brother, Richard (Mary) Olson; and sister, Cynthia (Terry) Richmond. He is further survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Ann Wipperfurth, Corky Cook, Stella (Richard) Dresen, Stan (Mary Ann) Breunig, Phil (Pat) Breunig, Roger Brumm, Pat (Ron) Paska and Al (Diann) Breunig; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Clarence and Bernice Breunig; brothers and sisters-in-law, Al Wipperfurth, Phyllis Brumm, Duane Cook and Clarence "Butch" Breunig. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7456 University Ave., Middleton, at 11:30 a.m., on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015, with Father Brian Wilk presiding. Burial will be held at St. Bernard's Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
