I had the opportunity to work with Edie at the AASF #2. She was so delightful. When our office was moved to the flight facility she welcomed us and made us feel like it was home. She always had a smile on her face. I especially liked when puddles came to work with her.
She will be missed.

Sweet Dear Edi- so sorry to hear of her passing. I had the great opportunity to work with her for nearly 15 years. I will miss her and her loving husband, and say a prayer for them both. A wonderful woman with a huge heart. Go find Swede and live in Eternity. Rest in Peace

Oh, Edie, we loved you so much at AASF #2 when we worked there with you. I remember the rum cake you brought that we couldn't eat because we had to go fly and didn't want to risk any residual alcohol from our desert. You were one very special lady, and we miss you so.

Remembering a special lady with a huge heart and giving ways.
One of our best pals in a swimming exercise class in which we were family.
Very sad to lose such a brave lady with many stories of her life's adventures. We also remember her late husband Swede who charmed all of us with humor.
Forever love to Heide and family.

Edie, the thoughtful woman with a pleasing smile and always a nice word to say regardless of the subject. Edie played bingo like a pro at our Tupperware bingo parties at the VFW on Cottage Grove Road. Even those of us who did not know her well, or for a very long time, mourn her passing, but trust she has followed God's path for her and is where she is supposed to be at this time. Rest in peace Edie, and peace and strength to her family.
