Bev and family, we were so sorry to hear of the passing of Barry....he was such a great guy! Dave and I always enjoyed visiting with you two at any NCRS event. We know how proud he was of his family. Dave so enjoyed talking Corvettes with him and was so appreciative of Barry sharing his knowledge and expertise as Dave was going through the restoration of his Corvette. Our prayers are with you and your entire family as you go through the grieving process but we know you have many great memories to reflect on. Dave and Jeanne Cloutier, Hudson, WI

Barry will be greatly missed. I worked with him at DOT for many years. We shared a love of corvettes. He was kind enough to share his corvette collection with a group of disabled young people at my request 2 years ago. It was one of our best outings ever! Some of them are still talking about it. The thing that impressed me most was his collection of trophies for his cars. They filled every wall of three garages. We were all totally impressed! His life mattered. He did good in the world.

What terrible news to read that our former coworker and friend has passed. Barry was so smart, had such a great sense of humor, and was an absolute delight to work with. And, we can't forget the cowboy boots and the swagger. Our thoughts are with Bev and Barry's children. He will certainly be missed by many.

I worked for Barry for several years at DOT. He was a man who took care of his employees. He was a natural born leader. You always knew where he stood and what he expected. He was a good man to work for. He helped me a lot in my career. I'll always remember and appreciate that. Rest in peace, Barry.
