Obituary
BELLEVILLE/MONONA- Jeffrey Grebel, age 57, of Belleville, formerly of Monona, passed away peacefully on Saturday Oct. 24, 2015, surrounded by his family. Jeff graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1976, and married Jan Pfanku on Nov. 13, 1999 in Madison. Jeff worked at Reynolds Transfer for over 35 years. In addition to being a loyal and hardworking employee, he was a dedicated and loving family man. Jeff is survived by his wife, Jan; children, Joshua and Jackie; mother, Dolores (Robert) Deutscher; sister, Barbara (William) Michaelis; six nieces, Jessica (Brett) Huebner, Melissa Michaelis, Kimberly Michaelis, Christina Michaelis, Alexis Williams and Nicole Williams; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sharon and Gordy Pfanku; sister-in-law, Jenifer (Dave) Murray; and three great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and sister, Pamela. Funeral services will be held at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5701 Raymond Rd., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, with the Rev. Tim Nybroten presiding. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Rd., Fitchburg, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, and at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday. Lucy, Buddy, and Hurricane. He had a name for everyone and anyone. I definitely will not find anyone else who will call me Scarecrow because of my out of control hair. Ceci still remembers getting in trouble in kindergarten after she saw him in the hallway and called him, "Big Fat Rat". He always kept you on your toes. He was always there to lend a hand and to give someone shit. Heaven has just gained one tough angel. I would love to hear some of the nicknames he gives to all those up there. They won't know what hit them. We are always here for whatever your family needs or wants. My family and I lived kitty corner from Jeff's family. They were always so nice and caring. I remember his mom raised canaries and my dad and I would go over to their house to look at them. My sympathies go out to Jeff's family and friends.

Dearest Tootie and Family,
Deepest Sympathy at the loss of your darling Jeff. Being in his presence was always a happy occasion. My daughter in Iowa just had major surgery and I need to stay with her. She was discharged from the hospital yesterday. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Now, I will picture Jeff and Pam together once more. God bless you and keep you in His care.
