BUTLER, Penn./MADISON-Judith McCollough, age 75, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015, at home. She was born on Sept. 9, 1939, the daughter of Newton and Margaret (Mattocks) McCollough Jr. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

My Mom was there for me during times of trouble. She was a wonderful grandmother to my son. I wish I was able to talk to her one more time; I would let her know that she is loved and that I am so sorry I was not able to see how much she needed us to help her. There is nothing I would not do to be able to rewind time and make different choices. I'm sorry Mom. You are loved always.
