MADISON-Kevin Edward Olson, age 26, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 18, 2015, near his Grandpa Loren's cabin that he loved. He was born on Nov. 25, 1988, in Madison, the son of Kevin (Tracy) Olson and Alisa (Ronn) Moore. Kevin was known by many as "Boogie Man", "Homer" and "Lil Kev". He graduated from Sun Prairie High School in 2007. Kevin was a free spirit and loved every moment of life. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and drinking PBR's around the fire with his family and friends. Kevin enjoyed hunting, boating, riding motorcycles, working on cars, and anything that got his adrenaline up. He was a loving father and enjoyed Bentley, the love of his life. Kevin is survived by his parents; son, Bentley; two brothers, Jake and Memphis; sister, Taylor; grandparents, Norene Olson and Gale Boyd; niece, Isabelle; aunt, Lisa Boyd; three uncles, Alex and Michael Boyd and Shannon Haight; mother of his son, Resa Smith; his cousins; and many many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loren Olson and Martha Sue Peterson. A Celebration of Kevin's Life will be held at HOOKER'S RESORT, W9370 Co. Rd. V., Poynette, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., on Saturday, July 25, 2015. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established to benefit Kevin's son, Bentley.
