SUN PRAIRIE-Thomas M. Loniello, age 68, of Sun Prairie, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at home surrounded by his family. Tom was born on June 29, 1947, in Madison, the son of Emmanual and Geraldine (Troia) Loniello. After graduating from DeForest High School, Tom enlisted in the U.S. Air Force from Oct. 1967 to Mar. 1990, where he achieved the rank of Master Sergeant during a 22 year military career and was able to travel the world. Tom was a very hard worker and had been employed at Ho Chunk Casino for the past seven years and previously worked for Kayser Ford from Jan. 1990 to Oct. 2008. Tom united in marriage to Kelly on Feb 21, 2006. Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and watching football, especially the Packers. Tom is survived by his mother, Geraldine; wife, Kelly; four children, Connie (Joe) Milanese, Steve (Kathy) Loniello, Tracy Loniello and Andrew (Rebecca Eifert) Loniello; four grandchildren, Shawna, Lindsey, Marissa and Ashley; nine siblings, Christine (Leon) Fiez, Michael (Julie) Loniello, Karen Nondahl, Cindy Kitzerow (Ron), Annette Loniello (Raul), Rita (Bob) Hefty, Mark (Sue) Loniello, Jeff Thomas, and Debbie Thomas; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Tom touched a lot of people's lives over the years and enjoyed making new friends. He will be missed by many. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at ST. PATRICK CATHOLIC CHURCH, 434 N. Main St., Cottage Grove, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, with Father Michael Tarigopula presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
