Recently seeing her at the greenhouse also enjoying her cool knitted bracelets! She was a great lady! Hugs go out to you all during this time! Sue Weber-Hegge

While I did not know her directly, I can tell you that we are often judged by the legacy we leave in family members and deeds. If her granddaughter Kortne Hubred was the only example of her legacy, then Jacqueline would indeed be judged a good and successful person in life. Yet we know she left a myriad of wonderful family and great deeds, good and small, large and far-reaching. Blessings on the family and friends left to await their reunion to come, and a special blessing and much love to you Kortne. You have indeed been blessed with the example set before you.

Dear family, my thoughts & prayers go out to you all. The memories & great times I had at the farm will be with me forever. I had my exposer to the fairs & 4-H, early morning barn chores, haying, and so many other good experiences with the family. Not that "mom" didn't have enough kids of her own ( the 7 ups. ) but opened your home to yet another. My life was changed forever by Pa & her kindness and gave me a safe place to live and see kindness in so many ways. I thank you all for that. Only God truly knows the positive effects this had in my life. You are now free & can rest with the angles and Pa - fly "mom" and watch over your loved ones from above. You will forever be one of the earthly angles God places in others lives. Your memories will live on in so many of us. Gods love & Blessings Elsie Derer (Wolf)
