Bitter, Patrick S.
MADISON- Patrick S. Bitter, age 46, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015. He was born on March 29, 1969, to Stephen and Patricia (Bailey) Bitter. He attended Monona Grove High School and worked at Sub-Zero for 25 years. Patrick lived his life the way he wanted to, with his contagious smile, love of family and friends, motorcycles and camping. Patrick is survived by his daughters, Ashley (Calvin) Wopat-Wendt, Kayla Bitter, and Cheyenne Bitter; a stepson, Dillon Heckert; grandchildren, Colton Wendt, Peyton and A.J.; fiancé, Kelly; mother, Patricia (Scott) Bitter-Maxwell; siblings, Michael (Karen) Bitter, Kimberly (Randy) Burns; niece, Ashley Burns; and nephews, Steven(Katie), Jack, Nick(Ashley) Bitter; and a special Aunt Judy; along with many friends and extended family. Patrick was preceded in death by his father; his grandparents. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 7 p.m., on Thursday, June 25, 2015. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

To my baby brother, Patrick..... I envy the extraordinary way you were able to live life to the fullest. Your bright beautiful smile will certainly be missed by many. I'll never forget that you were the very first family member to contact me by phone, to "welcome" me to the family.
