Joshua John Schmelzer

Schmelzer, Joshua John NORTH FREEDOM-Joshua John Schmelzer, age 34, of North Freedom passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015, in St. Clare Meadows in Baraboo. He was born on Aug. 7, 1980, in Madison, the son of John and Kacy (Williams) Schmelzer. Josh is gone too soon. He was a very caring person who devoted his life to caring for other people. Josh enjoyed playing the Native American flute, music and the popular arts. He loved animals and was a collector of many things. He will be missed. Joshua is survived by the people he loved and cared about, including Nate and Sara Korabelis, Wesley and Irina Clendenning, Bria and Charlie, Braydon and Brooke Clendenning, Carol Clendenning, Marilyn Nessler and Keith Bender. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Melody; and his great-aunt, Louise Williams. Private services will be held. A private burial will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery in Brooklyn.
