Rembering years ago when I used to travel to Wi. with my family to Visit my grandmothe r, grandfather, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Ah the good old days. We used to go up to Swan Lake. Russell St. Alot of driving , we came from Ct, and vacationed in Wi. every summer. A lot of fun. of course I didn't have to drive.
Rememberr when Aunt Ginnie and her friend came to Ct. to visit. So good to see Them.
Mike was in Boston then and drove them to Ct.
They loved my bar, so they could have their 5 O"Clock cocktail
I wished we lived closer
God Bless Aunt Ginny, love Bonnie

My fondest memory of my Great Aunt Ginny...
Last time I saw Ginny was when she flew into Dulles Airport in Virginia to attend her oldest niece Carole's wedding to Forrest Blair on Dec 31, 1988. The Lutheran minister came to our home to perform the ceremony in the presence of nieces Bonnie (Dwayne), Joan (Al), Donna (Ed), sister Evelyn (Augie), deceased sister Thelma's husband Frank, Forrest's daughter Jan, son-in-law Steve and son Stevie. To celebrate the newlywed's nuptials, my husband Richard and I made reservations for New Year's Eve dinner and festivities in a beautiful renovated church in Manassas, VA. A good time was had by all.
This was the first and last time we were all together.
Thanks, Aunt Ginny, for the memories. Much love...Linda Gazek

Forrest and I have many fond memories of all our get-togethers with Aunt Ginny over the years. She came to Virginia for our wedding on New Year's Eve, 1988. Every year after, she would always call us to wish us Happy Anniversary and Happy New Year. One year she traveled to CT and we took her to FDR's Estate and Museum in Hyde Park, NY. Another year, Forrest and I traveled to Madison, WI and Ginny took us to the "House on the Rock" and other tourist attractions. We can't forget our wonderful vacation with Ginny and other relatives staying in Joan & Al's timeshare in Aruba. The last time we enjoyed Ginny's company was when she visited us and other relatives in Naples, FL.
God Bless Aunt Ginny and may she rest in peace. Love... Carole & Forrest Blair

Ginny, you will be missed very much. You have been a big influence throughout my life and I will never forget it. I will miss all of our phone calls and the things we have shared together. We have been in close contact, you have been more like a sister to me than an aunt. I love you very much. I'll never forget the summers that I spent with you in Madison and I was having difficulty with classes and schoolwork and you would help me with them. You will be missed and I love you very much. Rest in peace. Love, Donna
