To the whole Brickner family, I worked with Bernie for many years at Oakhill Correctional Institution, as a co-worker in maintenance and served as vice president of Local 3021 under then President Bernie Brickner. Bernie was a joy to work with. He was always able to see the lighter side of a bad situation, with his never ending sense of humor, and words of wisdom. Rest in peace Bernie you will be greatly missed. Mike Brown
