Dear Smith Family -- Even after the many years of no contact, I have great fond memories of your family and am truly sorry for your loss. I believe the last time I talked with one of my Madison cousins was at my mom's (Rosemary's) service in Rockford when Jerry took the time to come by! We will have a memorial mass said for Jerry at the Poor Clares Chapel in Rockford. God Bless all of his family! The only member of our family still in Rockford is my brother Bob. Anita and I have been in So. California for most of our married life. Respectively -- Mike White
