I'm Dave Kulp, brother of Dale Kulp from Richland Centre, who passed away March 19, 2013. My brother took interest in Russel's life and tried to help him in several ways. Through my brother, I was introduced to Russel and I have several vivid memories of being at his place and getting acquainted with him. My sincere condolences to Russell's family. Dale Kulp, my deceased husband , was a close friend of Russell's. As neighbors, Russell often stopped by to chat or even sit down and eat with us. He also would always have a treat in his truck to make our dog happy. I can no longer pray for Russell, but my prayers go out to all of you. ~Mary Ellen Kulp
