So sorry to hear of Sam passing. I worked within the Union with Sam and she had the energy and integrity to truly fight for workers rights. She was a truly unique person, always adding ideas and solutions no one else thought of. I also enjoyed very much our shared interest in handy work, Sam made beautiful works of art in beautiful cross stitch and crochet. Such a loss. Maggie Merdler AFSCME Council 24

So sorry to hear about Sam's passing. I knew Sam while working at UW Hospital she was a Union steward and a great one to taught me a lot and saved my butt a lot and many others. She was a great lady and will be missed by many people Sam knew a lot of people and a lot of people knew her and many friendship out of then. I Will say a prayer for your family.
