Wiktoria Juszczyk

Juszczyk, Wiktoria (Sczerba) MCFARLAND–Wiktoria Juszczyk, age 92, of McFarland, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. She was born in Poland on Nov. 4, 1922. Following World War II, she married Bronislaw Juszczyk, and together they immigrated to Subiaco, Ark. They later moved to Chicago where she was a loving wife, mother and homemaker, while Bronislaw owned and operated a landscaping business. Wiktoria moved to McFarland in 2000 where she was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. The most important thing in her life was her family, but she was also an avid gardener, caring for her flowers both in her home and her yard. Wiktoria is survived by her daughter, Janina; son, Ted (Nancy); grandchildren, Jill (Jason) Voelker, Thomas and Michael; great-grandchildren, Jack and Lauren Voelker; and sister-in-law, Helen Maca. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Marian; parents; and three brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at CHRIST THE KING CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5306 Main St., McFarland, at 12:30 p.m., on Saturday, March 14, 2015, with Father Stephen Smith presiding. Burial will be held at Abbey Cemetery in Paris, Ark. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
