I knew Larry when we were in the 826th Ordinance Army Reserves together. He was a very friendly fellow and for years I would see him around Madison. He was a great soldier too. Best of luck always to the family.

Larry was my moms Neighbor (across the street). For many years... every Holiday or Family get-together my mom would anxiously prepare plates of hot piping food to bring over to Larry. Each holiday he would greet us with a smile and was so thankful. My mom wouldn't even sit down to her plate of food until she had all of Larry's plates prepared and hand delivered them with love. You touched our hearts and our thoughts are with your family during this difficult time. - (Susan Aiello's Daughter)- Anna

Our neighborhood has lost it's "watch". Larry watched over the animals, neighborhood homes, vehicles, and children. His weekly duties were to return everyone's trash and recycle carts to our yards, driveways and garages. He did this all year even though he walked with a cane and our street was very busy with traffic. He was a simple, patriotic man who didn't require much, a fan of Willie Nelson, a friend to all, a gentle soul. I'm grateful to have known him. He was a retired truck driver. Somehow, I know that he is "On the Road Again" to keep watch from a higher altitude. Peace to you, my friend. Sue Aiello Across the street

My very sincere sympathy to the family and friends of "Larry" during this difficult time. May you take refuge in the One who gives us peace, everlasting comfort and a good hope--2 Thessalonians 2:16,17, May we all look forward to the time when we no longer lose our loved ones to to the enemy death- Isaiah 25:7,8 tells us our loving Creator will swallow up death forever, and will wipe tears from all faces. We can take steps now to be able to welcome back loved ones as John 5:28,29 tells us there will be a resurrection, what a joy that will be! Instead of pain of heart we will have exquisite delight- Psalm 37:11,29. Till then - Psalm 46:1 tells us: " God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress." I sincerely sympathize with you in this time of grieving, and I hope my sharing these few scriptures give you a measure of ease from your deep pain along with your loving and good memories of Larry. With sincerity of heart- Ginger
