We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Both my husband, girls and I were clients of Marlys and loved the way she did my hair. She ALWAYS spoke of her grandkids and we know she loved her family deeply. I had only recently switched to my daughter (who now works at JC Penney's and worked with her) but my husband was still her client and would sit a chat with her as she did his hair-Every 6 weeks. She was kind, funny and a very good baker (she often shared her treats with us). We hope you can find some comfort in good memories you have of such a pleasant and good person. May she rest in peace. I was so sad to hear of Marly's passing. We worked together at JCPenney's and she would always bring in cookies or some other wonderfully baked goodies to share with everyone. We always told her that she should open her own bakery. She will be missed! This is a beautiful picture of her! It captures her true light and spirit.
