Ralph was the sweetest man and I loved to dance with him. I loved hearing all his stories. Ralph loved his wife Kathy dearly. I remember one time when we were talking and laughing, Ralph said to me "You better be careful, my wife doesn't like girls flirting with me!" I will miss him dearly as so many others will. Ralph was a wonderful man to work with. He had great work ethics, was pleasant to everyone and well liked by co-workers and by the public (even those on the "other side of the law"). Sorry I cannot make the visitation or funeral. Julie Baglama
