Scott and Brad, Although I've not met you, I worked many years with your Dad at Kennedy Elementary. I have very fond memories of conversations we had. We shared many a laugh over the antics of a child or the craziness of situations we in schools were sometimes put in. He was an integral part of the Kennedy Family. I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest condolences. Barb Christopher

To Steve's sons, Scott and Brad, as well as other family: I worked with Steve at Kennedy Elementary School for years and really enjoyed your dad. He was a nice guy.I have not seen him since he retired a few years ago now. I decided to share this light-hearted memory - In 1994 the PTA put together a school cookbook and everyone was encouraged to submit at least one recipe. This is what Mr. Steve Marek submitted under Staff Favorites; "Frozen Pizza : Take plastic off pizza. Follow directions." We all thought that was cute. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time, Meg Wollner
