May the family find comfort in loving memories, and in knowing that God is "close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, has promised to soon "swallow up death forever...and wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) With deepest sympathy.

The Marine Corps League Mourn s the loss of a Leatherneck brother.

I'm very sorry for the families loss and I'm going to miss Bob saying "hey kiddo, can I get a hug". He had a wonderful heart and he will be missed by many.

I had the wonderful pleasure of having Bob as my friend for 32 years. We went to MATC together and he was my lab partner in anatomy/physiology class. After school, Bob and I worked at UW Hospital together for 22 years and ironically I became his supervisor for many of them. What a privledge and blessing that was. Bob harassed me daily which I wouldn't have traded for the world:) He always had my back no matter what! His hugs were the best! Janie and family I'm thinking of you and praying that you find peace in the wonderful memories you have of Bob. He was one of a kind! Kris Ostrander
