Gwendolyn Beverly Nale

Nale, Gwendolyn Beverly (Mahan) MADISON-Gwendolyn Beverly (Mahan) Nale, age 91, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Pineview Living of Windsor. She was born on Jan. 16, 1923, in Viroqua, the daughter of Charles and Alma (Hart) Mahan. Gwendolyn enjoyed sewing and creating beautiful quilts for friends and family. She is survived by her son, Larry (Lynne) Nale of Wisconsin; a daughter, Kay (Harold) Thompson of Oklahoma; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest; a daughter, Carol Nale; and brother, Wayne Mahan. Funeral Services will be held at ST. STEPHEN’S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5700 Pheasant Hill Rd., Monona, at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
