MADISON-Barbara Jo Schwartz, age 52, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Oregon Manor. She was born on Jan. 13, 1962, in Madison the daughter of Wayne & JoAnn Hedding. Barbara was a lifelong resident of Madison. She graduated from Madison La Follette High School, Class of 1980 and from UW-Whitewater in 1984. Barbara was employed by numerous local businesses, most recently Hy-Vee. She is survived by her children, Justin (Mary DiCristina) Schwartz and Nicole Schwartz; granddaughter, Kendal Schwartz; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bruce. The family is honoring her wishes that no formal funeral will be held. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
