Koch, Raphael T. MADISON- Raphael T. “Ray” Koch, age 85, died as he lived, surrounded by those who loved him, on Friday, June 27, 2014, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on Nov. 10, 1928, in Madison, the son of Englebert and Kathleen (Kelley) Koch. Ray was a Madison business owner through out his life and has enjoyed many friendships along the way. Ray is survived by his sister-in-law, Mary Koch; nieces and nephews, Julie Koch, Cindy Stoker, Tom Koch and Angie Underberg and many great nieces and great nephews.
