Dorothy loved all the people she got to know. She had such a sweet spirit. She knew the birthdays of many of the people in the church and would share them with us. When she turned 98 she bought cookies to share after church, since the church was family to her too. She always cared about what people were doing, just because she loved them, and they were important to her. She was such a good listener. It has been hard for all of us to not have her with us anymore. It is so good to be a family that can share together in our love for Grandma Dorothy.

Although I didn't know Dorothy well, I know she was a blessing to her family who took such good care of her. She will definitely be missed as a mother, mother-in-law, grandma, great-grandma, and a sister in Christ. Now during our Easter Season, it is a comfort to know she is with God. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you tomorrow , and Monday, as you celebrate Dorothy's long life here, and her eternal life. God bless all of you.
With my love,
