Dave was a gentle, kind man who shared his love for his family in a strong and quiet way. He and his wife, Ruth, shared 54 years of marriage. Dave is survived by Ruth; and their five children, Heidi Madison, Susan (Rick) Davis-Mellum, David (Donna) Davis, Karen (Chuck) Murphree and Daniel (Michelle) Davis; four grandchildren, Nicole, Rachel, Sydney and Nickolas; and two great-grandchildren, Jam and Roxanne. He is also survived by his sister, Mary (Larry) Tonstad; two brothers, Clay (Carol) Davis and Larry (Ellen McDermott) Davis; sister-in-law, Donna Davis; brother-in-law, Tom (Cathy) Swenson; and many nieces and nephews. Dave was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Duane and Tom Davis; and Ruth’s parents, Holden and Mildred Swenson. I would like to send my condolences to the family. In times of great sorrow many have found comfort in the promises found in the Bible. For example the Our Father Prayer found at Matt.6: 9, 10 tells us that when Gods Kingdom comes his will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven. At that time the promise at Rev. 21: 3, 4 will be fulfilled. There we are told that God will wipe out every tear from our eyes and death will be no more. What wonderful promises from our loving God that can bring us comfort and hope for the future.
Sincerely,
Devin M.

During this sad Time, please know that Jehovah God also feels your pain and promises to do away with sickness and death soon. Please be encouraged by the promise he gives us in the book of Revelation chapter 21 verse 4.
Revelation 21:4- "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will be no more. Neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
