Yvonne Marie Peterson

LODI-Yvonne M. Peterson, age 77, passed away unexpectedly on April 10, 2014. She was born on May 30, 1936, in Dodgeville, the daughter of Henry and Lucille Hach. Yvonne was united in marriage to Gerald A. Peterson on August 30, 1956 in Avoca. He preceded her in death in 2011. Yvonne was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She had a variety of interests and was known to have a green thumb with her love of gardening. She loved the outdoors, traveling and was an avid reader. Yvonne is survived by a daughter, Michelle Peterson; a son, Mark (Ruth) Peterson; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and her siblings, Geraldine (Jim) Dax, Eugene (Nancy) Hach, Henrietta (Larry) McGee, Wilma (Bill) Anderson, Donald Hach and Cathy Hach. In addition to her husband Gerald Peterson, Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. PATRICK’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 521 Fair Street, Lodi at 11 AM on Saturday, April 12, 2014, with the Reverend Father Chad Droessler presiding. Burial will be in the Avoca Cemetery.
