Dear family of Bill "Barney" I knew Bill as a resident of Capitol Lakes HEalth Cent3er. My Mom ( Inge Heinz) was a resident as well. He was always a delight to be around , sweet and chraming. I am sure he will be deeply missed. My sincere sympathy with your grieving and lost. If I can't make it in person on Friday, please know you are in my thoughts. Sincere sympathy to the Bill Barnhart family. I have heard many great stories about Uncle Bill from my husband John (Jack) Barnhart, son of Frank & Betty Barnhart.
