To the Family of Pete Harker: I had the honor of working with Pete at the Division of Criminal Investigation. He was an outstanding and well respected Special Agent. I enjoyed our lunchtime discussions with him and fellow colleagues (Skip, John and Carl to name a few). He had a unique sense of humor that took me a while to catch on to, but I truly enjoyed his friendship and we will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, David Collins Retired Superintendent, Wisconsin State Patrol (Former Director, DCI)

To Pete's family, I had the honor of meeting Pete when I first started as an agent with the Division of Criminal Investigation in 1968. He had a great sense of humor and was very welcoming to me as one of the "new guys." For the next 20 plus years, I enjoyed Pete's sense of humor, his wisdom, and his friendship. He was truly one of the "good guys." I will keep you and Pet e in my prayers. Gary Hamblin Retired DCI and Retired Dane County Sheriff

My condolences to the Harker family, friends and colleagues: I was privileged to meet Mr. Harker at a young age in the early 90's. He is a great example of a fine gentleman and model citizen for all to admire. Mr. Harker lived an honorable life providing a layer of protection for many years as a private investigator. I salute him for his devotion to country, community and family. Son of # 3 Master Gunnery Sergeant Andy B. Anderson USMC
