My grandfather loved to go deer hunting with his brother, Donald and when I was younger, I use to go with them and hunt the deer. My grandpa had started calling my "The great deer hunter" because I was loud not quiet when we were looking for them. My job was to point them out to grandpa and his brother when I saw any. I had the time my life when we went hunting. Going to miss my grandpa very much and glad he is in a better place too. He also shares his birthday with my youngest child who is 2yrs old. Love you grandpa & miss you to.

Hi, dad, do you remember when we use to go to the feed mill on Saturdays and I would jump off the feed bags, until I saw a mouse, then I ran and wrapped my arms around your legs. I loved having an orange née hi, what a treat, just me and you!

Unfortunately, I barely remember you, Lester, but I went to grade school with your baby sister, Frieda. I wonder if she remembers me? I was a Keller kid and my Dad, Frank, used to take our dairy milk to your Dad's cheese factory. Dad so loved the cheese Gottlieb (and perhaps you) made at that little place. My condolences to all of your family members.
