It was so nice of you and Corky to come to Kasey's baseball game in Middleton last summer. I always enjoyed talking sports with you, as well as your sense of humor. Rest in peace.

Dear Family: Greta and I will always remember Duane's, or as I called him "Cookie" when you lived next to my Grandma and Grandpa Simon. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Cook Family.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire Cook family. I am so sad to hear about Duane passing away. Duane was such a special guy to me. From the days when my son was a baby, there he would be on Duane's lap watching the news when I came to pick him up from Corky's daycare, to visiting with him during the Home Talent games every summer, where that same son is now 25 years old and playing on the field. We would joke and laugh together and Duane would always have nice things to say about the team. I will truly miss him. Kathy Farrell <3
