Donna Jean Storm

STORM, DONNA MADISON- Donna Storm, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, with her family by her side, after a short stay at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on Aug. 8, 1934, the daughter of the late Leon and Edith Showers Duerst. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Donna is survived by four daughters; Debora Storm, Marjorie (Scott) Storm Pearson, Barbara (Matthew) Storm Brager, and Elizabeth (Anthony) Nehmer; four grandchildren, Sean (Erica), Michael and Shandra Pearson and Breanna and Brandon Brager; her aunts, Jean Showers Nelson and Karen Showers; her close friends, Eric Mikkelson, Bonny Boyd, Vicki Hellenbrand, Helen Badowski and Linda McCarthy. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Marvin Storm; her second husband, Joseph DiLoreto; her brother, Jacob Duerst; and many aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, with Pastor Cal Steiner presiding. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park at a later date. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
