Obituary
MADISON-Richard Eugene Stevens, age 59, cried, hoped, prayed and struggled for 11 months after a lung cancer diagnosis. He died on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at home. Richard was born on Nov. 3, 1954, the second child of the late Eugene and Betty (Sloan) Stevens. His siblings are Eldora, Helen, Mary, Joe (deceased), Gary, Cathy and Karen, respectively. Rick was generally happy, humorous, hardworking, handy and honest. He loved old cars, trucks, music, the Packers, every pet and his family. All were guilty of sometimes making him, not so generally happy. Rick leaves his wife, Lynne; son, Erick (Fiancé, Rachel) their children, Annabel and Daniel; son, Tyler and his son, Tyler. He was preceded in death by his first stillborn son, Daniel. In keeping with Rick’s wishes, no services will be held. “We love you and will miss you forever, may you now rest in peace.”

Hello, I worked with Rick at the Normandy & Paramount. We worked together about 4 years. I always enjoyed working with Rick, and we had alot of fun together. I am so sorry for your loss, and he will be missed. He had a good eye for detail and did his best to do the job right the 1st time. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Rick at RDS Management and at Paramount and loved working with Rick. What an awesome guy. When he "retired" from paramount we threw him a party--he's the only one who didn't show up! I'm not surprised he didn't want a service he never seemed to like a lot of fuss. I'm sorry for your loss I will always remember him fondly. Gail
