Robert E Mitchell

I worked with Bob at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Central Office Soils Unit back in the 50's. There he contributed greatly to the geologic information needed for design of the first stages of the Interstate Highways. Always outgoing and full of energy, exhibiting an inquiring mind which was greatly valued. Later at Soiltest, Inc. he contributed significantly to the company's efforts to promote their products used in soils exploration.
