Dear John and Holly: I am so very sorry for your loss. Holly has told me many times of her good relationship with Mrs. Dahl. I know she will be greatly missed. You and your family are in my prayers. Cheryl Bradley

A dear, dear friend who will be greatly missed by all of her friends at The Arbors. Always a smile on her face and NEVER complained, even though we knew she wasn't feeling well. I have only lived at The Arbors a little more than a year, but became close to her. We called her our "resident baker", as she was always bringing goodies to the dining room. Your family has my heartfelt sympathy. -- Jean Collins

Dear John and Mike, My only solace in your mother's passing is that I'm sure she knew how much I loved her. From the time I was a teenager--when I used to babysit for you, Ardell held a very special place in my heart. I will miss her always. Treasure the memories and remember always how much she loved you and the women who chose you. Holly and Carolyn, you were blessed to have a mother-in-law who loved and took pride in you both. I'm so sorry she is gone. Susan Wake Shenkin West Chester, Pennsylvania

My sincere sympathy to both sons and extended family for the wonderful life of Ardell. Her life at The Arbors was such a delight. Her "monkey bread' was always a favorite. She shared her 'Curling Club" and her religious beliefs. May she find John waiting for her.

John, Holly, Mike and Carolyn -- My husband and I are so very sorry for your loss. I'm sorry we did not learn of her passing until today. She was always a very friendly and fun person. We enjoyed fish fries and cars with your parents along with my inlaws, Dick and Donna Tarnutzer. I'm sure they are reunited in heaven and having a great time together. Our deepest sympathy, Lance and Ellie Tarnutzer
