Obituary
MADISON- Rita Millette, age 55, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013 at Meriter Hospital. She was born on September 16, 1958, in Madison, the daughter of Russell and Donna (Matteson) Lincicum. Rita attended East High School and worked at Central Wisconsin in food services for 10 years. In her spare time, Rita enjoyed crossword puzzles, decorating for the holidays, being outdoors, and spending time with her grandchildren. At the end of the day, Rita was known for having a Miller Lite to relax. She is survived by her long time significant other, Ross Laridaen; children, Christy Lincicum, Stacey Doeseckle, Timothy Millette, and Amanda Millette; grandchildren, Kailey, Mirra, Maxwell, and Sadie; two sisters, Doreen Hinrichs and Diane (Tim) Hutson; three brothers, Ron (Jacy) Lincicum, David Lincicum, and Bill Lincicum; and her furry companion, Chester the cat. Rita is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Rick Lincicum; and infant son, Terrance. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014. I am so sorry to hear of Rita's passing. While I haven't talked to her for a long time (I moved to Florida) I have thought of her and the family often. This was a huge shock to me. I have often wondered how the kids are doing.
