I worked with Phil for decades at Great Lakes. Phil was one of the initial leaders in the startup of the new company and IT Development leading many successes which strongly contributed to the future success of the organization. I knew him as a committed and successful co-worker who could always be relied upon. More importantly, I enjoyed Phil’s sense of humor, jovial manner, intelligence , and personal commitment. My sincere condolences to Jane and the rest of his family. Russ Judd

I knew Phil as a wonderful advocate for education and a great cheerleader for his children. A special message of caring to Leah who was one of my gifted students. We were saddened to hear of his passing and send sympathy to the entire family. Blessings and prayers to all of you. Pat Rossman

So sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I know his family, extended family and friends will all miss him dearly. I will always remember the tine he so generously came to help paint the exterior of our house and his help driving my family to Cincinnati during a family medical emergency and returning in a snowstorm. Sincere condolences especially to Jane and to Erin, Kevin and Leah.
