So sorry to hear that Uncle Phil passed away , seems he always had a smile on his face and he will be missed greatly. Steve Wiggen ( Ray Wiggen's son)

The few opportunities I had to spend time with my Uncle Phil were special for me. I will always be thankful for those opportunities to spend time with him and learn more about my namesake. He was deeply loved by his siblings and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with my Aunts Grace and Betty, his children and their families. (Pat’s son)

Uncle Phil will be missed by his family and friends. We will always remember when he came to visit us in Phoenix with his sisters. He had a great sense of humor. He reminded us of his brother, Lyle. Our condolences to his family. May he rest in peace Brad and Sandy Wiggen Brian and Cathy Wiggen.
