Maria,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Your mother was such a nice lady. Deepest sympathies to you and your family. Prayers of comfort sent to all.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal,
Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.

I just wanted to say how much I will treasure my time with Betty. I was born and raised on the east side of Madison off Fair Oaks. We talked about my house and hers on Milwaukee St., East High School where "Tim" grad. as did I. We talked about "the bush" too. She was the same age as my Mother we would tell stories back and forth. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

She was such a lovely lady. She accepted people easily and was always a joy to visit with. She will be missed.

Although my dad, Betty's Brother Arnold, was not terribly fond of family get togethers - (something I am terribly sad about at my current age) - I DO remember that as a very young child, we would get together with all of my Aunties Betty, Hazel, Ilona, and Slyvia, along with my Uncles Hank & Frank, on some Sunday afternoons. I remember playing with my cousins Patsy, Timmy, et al. They are fond memories that I have grown to cherish... And yet, with only one surviving Auntie, I am filled with a tremendous sense of loss. Rest in peace my dear Auntie B. I love you.
