I was a neighbor for a short time here at Chapel Valley Apts # 306. I welcomed he and his wife when they moved in and I always visited with Jeff when ever I saw him, he was such a nice man. He went thru many health issues while living here and I felt so bad for him. Stacie you have my deepest sympathy, I will miss his always smiling face. My heart is with you and your family. Judy Riter

Just wanted to express my sympathy to Jeff's family. I go way back to our teenage years when everyone knew him as Kinky...because of his head of curls I guess. Lots of fun times...he can continue them now with Mari. :) My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, especially Stella, Shan and Benny.....it's been a tough year for you guys...hang in there.
