JUNGENBERG, CAROLJEAN FAYE LODI-Caroljean Faye Jungenberg, age 68, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Good Samaritan Society Lodi. She was born on November 27, 1944 in St. Paul Minnesota the daughter of Russell and Myrtle (Roller) Jungenberg. Caroljean was a member of the Grace Bible Church, Portage. She worked for Ray Kuehl and Associates Real Estate. She loved to sew and make blankets for her grandchildren. Caroljean is survived by her daughter, Tana (DJ Miller) Metzger; son, Dennis (Heide) Carlson Jr.; grandchildren, Angelina Metzger, Aaliyah Miller, Madelyne, Jordan and Nolan Carlson; sister, Shirley (Vern) Sjoberg; brothers, John (Cheryl) Roller, Ronnie (Pat) Jungenberg. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Marjorie Osborne and Marilyn Jungenberg; brother, Raymond Jungenberg. Funeral Services will be held at HAMRE GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, at 1:00 PM, on Thursday, September 26, 2013, with Pastor Mike Gormican presiding. Visitation will be from held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the Funeral Home. Tana, So sorry to hear your Mom passed. I will miss her. I always will remember the fun times we all had in 4-H . Your Mom was a sweet person. Take Care Love Carla and Dave.

My favorite memory with CJ was when we were all sitting outside on the deck and it got really dark and we were on our way inside, knowing CJ was scared of thunderstorms we invited her over and she ran so fast in the door after the big booms of thunder. We had banana pops and a good laugh later that night. You will always be in my thoughts with smiles of memories
