Dear Uncle Bernie, cousins Steve, Jim, Tom and Anne,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families with the passing of Aunt Dot. I have many fond memories of your trips to Eau Claire during summer vacations when we were kids. I am not able to make it back for the service, I know that my parents will be attending, along with Tom, Jeanne and John. My deepest sympathies during this difficult time. Love, Brenda (Rodel) Slager

Dear Bernie, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I am particularly sensitive to your loss as I lost my dear Beverly shortly after we celebrated our 60th. I am really sorry that I am out of town and won't be at the funeral. I would like to get together with you later to see if I can help you deal with your grief. Love, Charlie Kiddy
