WAUKESHA/SUN PRAIRIE-Arlene R. Simpson, age 74, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013. She worked for Waukesha Springs Health and Rehab Center for many years. Arlene enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her knitted afghans and slippers. Arlene is survived by her sons, Terry (Charlotte), Kevin (Audrey Timmons), Dennis, and Shawn (Angie) Simpson; granddaughter, Natalya Simpson; sister, Joyce Coles; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Elise Kosbiel; and sister, JoAnn Cadd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 826 NE Ave., Waukesha, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.

Although we've only known Arlene for 3 short years, she was like family to us. I hope we did our best at making her last few years full of life and joy. she always made us laugh, and was an inspiration to us all. We will never forget Arlene, for she has touched us all.
